katsushi kuroki(以下「開発者」)は、スマートフォン向けゲームアプリ「美少女潜水艦 -深海索敵-」(英語表記: Submarine Girls: Silent Hunt。端末上の表示名: Submarine Girls。パッケージ名: com.babyloos.sonarbattle。以下「本アプリ」)における、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリでは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなど、ユーザーを直接特定できる情報は取得しません。アカウント登録もありません。以下の情報が、広告配信および利用状況の分析のために、下記の外部サービスを通じて自動的に取得される場合があります。

• 広告ID(Android の広告 ID など)、IPアドレス、端末の種類・OSのバージョン・言語・おおよその地域などの端末情報
• アプリの利用状況(ミッションの開始・終了、撃沈数、画面の遷移、衣装の選択、広告の表示状況など)
• アプリのクラッシュや動作に関する情報

2. 利用目的

• 広告の配信および広告の効果測定
• 本アプリの利用状況の分析、および機能・ゲームバランスの改善
• 不具合の調査と品質向上

3. 利用している外部サービス

本アプリは以下のサービスを利用しており、これらのサービスは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。

4. 同意の管理

パーソナライズ広告は、端末の設定(Android の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」)からも無効にできます。

5. アプリ内課金

本アプリには、衣装を購入できるアプリ内課金があります。決済は Google Play(または App Store)が処理し、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を開発者が取得・保存することはありません。開発者は、購入の完了を確認するために、購入した商品の情報(商品ID・取引ID・金額)を利用します。

6. 端末内に保存される情報

ゲームの進行状況(ポイント、解放した衣装、設定など)は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると、これらは失われます。

7. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、開発者がユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。ただし、上記の外部サービス事業者は、それぞれの目的のために情報を取得・利用します。

8. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としておらず、13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

This policy explains how katsushi kuroki ("the Developer") handles user information in the mobile game "Submarine Girls: Silent Hunt" (Japanese title: 美少女潜水艦 -深海索敵-; name shown on the device: Submarine Girls; package name: com.babyloos.sonarbattle; "the App").

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect information that directly identifies you (such as your name, address, phone number, or email address), and there is no account registration. The following information may be collected automatically through the third-party services listed below for advertising and analytics:

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases of outfits. Payments are processed by Google Play (or the App Store); the Developer does not collect or store your payment details such as card numbers. The Developer uses purchase information (product ID, transaction ID, amount) to confirm that a purchase was completed.

6. Data Stored on Your Device

Game progress (points, unlocked outfits, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to the Developer's servers. It is lost if you uninstall the App.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

Except as required by law, the Developer does not sell or share your information with third parties. The third-party service providers above collect and use information for their own stated purposes.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
