恋愛日数カウンター（以下「本アプリ」）は、babyloos（以下「開発者」）が提供する、付き合った日数や記念日を数えるアプリです。
本アプリをご利用いただく前に、以下のプライバシーポリシーをお読みください。
本アプリは、ユーザーが入力した付き合った日・ふたりの名前・写真・記念日や大切な日の情報、および設定をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらのデータが開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
写真は、ユーザーが選んだ画像だけを端末の写真選択画面から読み込み、本アプリの保存領域にコピーします。本アプリがカメラ・マイク・写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスすることはありません。開発者は、ユーザーの氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。
「画像で共有」を使うと、日数を表示した画像が端末内に一時的に作られ、ユーザーが選んだ共有先に渡されます。共有先での取り扱いは、各サービスのポリシーに従います。
記念日の通知は端末内で予約されるローカル通知で、サーバーを経由しません。
端末内に保存されたデータは、アプリの機能（日数と記念日の表示、通知、画像の作成、設定の保持）のためにのみ使用されます。
本アプリは、Google AdMob（Google LLC）による広告を表示しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、広告ID などの端末情報を収集・利用する場合があります。広告の内容がユーザーの興味に合わせて表示される（パーソナライズ広告）ことがあります。
欧州経済領域・英国など同意が必要な地域では、アプリ起動時に Google の同意管理ツールにより広告に関する同意を確認します。
パーソナライズ広告は、端末の設定（Google の設定 → 広告）から広告IDをリセット・削除することで制限できます。

本アプリは、アプリの改善のため Google Analytics for Firebase（Google LLC）を利用しています。アプリの利用状況（起動、画面の表示、機能の利用回数など）や端末の情報（アプリインスタンスID、OS、端末の種類、おおよその地域など）が収集されます。氏名などの個人を特定する情報は収集しません。入力した名前・写真・日付そのものは送信しません（機能の利用状況として、日数やテーマ色が分析データに含まれる場合があります）。

開発者は、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません（前項の広告・分析サービスによる情報の取り扱いを除きます）。
アプリ内の「設定 → すべてのデータを削除」で、保存したデータと写真を削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後のポリシーはこのページに掲載します。

Love Counter ("the App") is an app for counting the days you have been together and tracking anniversaries, provided by babyloos ("the Developer").
The App stores the start date, your names and photos, anniversaries and special days you enter, and your settings only on your device. This data is never sent to the Developer's servers.
Photos are loaded only when you pick them in the system photo picker and are copied into the App's private storage. The App does not access the camera, microphone or your whole photo library. The Developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or location.
When you use "Share image", an image showing your day count is created temporarily on your device and handed to the app you choose; its handling there is governed by that service's policy.
Anniversary reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device and do not go through any server.
Data stored on your device is used only to provide the App's features (showing your day count and anniversaries, reminders, creating images, keeping your settings).
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and use device information such as the advertising ID to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, and may show personalized ads.
In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the App asks for your consent using Google's consent management tool.
You can limit personalized ads by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings (Google settings → Ads).

To improve the App, we use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC). It collects usage information (app opens, screens viewed, how often features are used) and device information (app instance ID, OS, device type, approximate region). It does not collect information that identifies you by name, and the names, photos and dates you enter are not sent (feature usage, such as the day count and theme color, may be included in analytics).

The Developer does not sell or share your information with third parties, except as handled by the advertising and analytics services described above.
You can delete all saved data and photos from Settings → Delete all data. Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated when necessary. Updates will be posted on this page.
